Refund policy
At Charlotte County Storage, our billing operates on a first-of-the-month cycle. Below is our refund policy for all storage services:
- Monthly Billing: Rent is billed on the first day of each month. We do not prorate or provide refunds for unused days if you move out before the end of your billing cycle.
- Advance Payments: If you have prepaid for multiple months and choose to vacate early, refunds will be issued for full, unused months only. Partial months are non-refundable.
- Security Deposits: If a security deposit was required, it will be refunded in full upon move-out, provided the unit is clean, undamaged, and all rent obligations have been met.
- Account Adjustments: If a billing error occurs, we will review the account and issue appropriate adjustments or refunds as necessary.
- Special Circumstances: Refund requests outside this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
